Most orders are processed and shipped within two to three business days. We do not ship on major holidays and weekends.

Chill Strands cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.



We work hard to use lighter packaging to help reduce emissions from customer deliveries. Our delivery boxes are made out of 100% recycled materials, and our bags out of 95%. All of our packaging materials are 100% recyclable! 



Once your order ships, you can click the link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated.



Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Please note: we are not in the office during the weekends and holidays.

Please keep in mind that orders that are returned due to an invalid shipping address may incur an additional shipping charge, so please make sure your address is correct. 



We currently offer USPS and DHL as methods of shipment.

Standard delivery is 10-20 business days and depending on the service you choose, can be expedited.

Total shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of your package.

To ensure your package is delivered seamlessly, always add your phone number and email address upon placing your order. We, USPS or DHL may try to contact you in regards to your order/delivery. Also, please be advised that we are not responsible for any duty or custom fees you may incur. If you decide not to pay the fee, the package will be sent back to us and only the cost of the product will be refunded. Please note that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this.

Customs and import fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for current charges because you order so you are not surprised when the package arrives.



Relax!  If you aren't happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from date of receipt to send it back and we'll issue you a store credit. Store credit will be issued within 7 to 10 business days upon receiving the original items. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of CS. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on tops. 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless otherwise specified, the store credit amount includes only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received the wrong order or products were damaged in transit.  

**All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned.**

If you have an item for return, please email customer service at: with your Order Number, Name, and Reason For Return. 

CS cannot offer any store credit if we do not receive the product being returned. In order to protect yourself, we recommend that you insure your return as well as get proof of delivery in the rare case your package gets lost in transit.



We can not provide exchanges at this time, but you are welcome to return the item for store credit provided your item meets the terms above.
